Off-Shoulder dress with elastic around neck and shoulder. Chiffon, flowy drape. elasticated waist. Mini hits mid-thigh inside the trail in a second layer around. Trail is open slightly in front with a rounded edge at the bottom and full length all the way around. Light weight material. Short sleeves. This mini with a billowing trail is a beauty. The fuchsia color just pops! Material is imprinted using advance heat sublimation and then hand cut and sewn.
